Dan & Phil Tour

San Francisco Show Reschedule

We have a new Bay Area date for Dan & Phil:
San Jose Civic on Friday, November 6, 2026
Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and the show starts at 8:30 p.m.

We know this means a change of plans, and we’re sorry for the extra travel and the trouble of booking again.

The two Palace shows are cancelled, and those tickets won’t work for San Jose. Refunds will go back to the original payment method automatically—there’s nothing you need to do. Ticketmaster says this can take up to 14-21 days, depending on your bank, but we hope you’ll see the money back sooner.

If you’d like to join us in San Jose, you’ll need to book new tickets. Previous San Francisco buyers will have a chance to book before the public sale:

  • SF VIP package buyers: Monday, September 21 at 10 a.m. through Tuesday, September 22 at 10 p.m. Pacific. Check your email for your codes and the number of packages you can book.
  • SF standard ticket buyers: Wednesday, September 23 at 10 a.m. through Thursday, September 24 at 10 p.m. Pacific. Check your email for booking details.
  • Public sale: Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific.

For booking links, refund details, and help with any questions, head to www.showandtelllive.com/dan-and-phil-sf-sj.

Thanks for bearing with us. We hope to see you there!

Additional Information

Can I use my old tickets in San Jose?

You’ll need to book new ones. The two Palace of Fine Arts shows are cancelled, and your old tickets won’t work at San Jose Civic. Your refund will go back to your original payment method automatically.

Will I have the same seats?

You’ll choose new seats when you book.

When can I book?

SF VIP package buyers can book Monday, September 21 at 10 a.m.–Tuesday, September 22 at 10 p.m. Pacific. SF standard ticket buyers can book Wednesday, September 23 at 10 a.m.–Thursday, September 24 at 10 p.m. Pacific. Tickets open to everyone on Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific. Check your email for your code and booking details.

I bought four VIP packages. Can I book four again?

Yes. If you bought all four in one order and they were all the same package, you’ll get one code that lets you buy up to four. If you placed two orders for two packages each, you’ll get two codes that each let you buy up to two. Gold codes are for Gold packages, and Silver codes are for Silver packages. You can buy fewer if you like.

Do I need to ask for a refund?

No—there’s nothing you need to do. For all orders purchased directly through Ticketmaster, your refund will go back to your original payment method automatically. If you purchased your ticket through a third-party, please contact your original point of purchase.

When will the money be back in my account?

Ticketmaster says refunds can take 14–21 days, depending on your bank, but we hope yours arrives sooner.

What if I’m still waiting for my refund when booking opens?

We know that can make buying again difficult. We delayed the pre-sale dates to allow more time for you to receive your refund.

My code isn’t working, the number of packages looks wrong, or I haven’t received an email. What should I do?

Get in touch at [email protected] with your original order number and the email address you used to buy your tickets.

Someone transferred tickets to me, or I bought through another seller. What happens now?

For tickets transferred through Ticketmaster, the refund goes back to the original buyer’s payment method. If you bought through another seller, check with them about your refund, or email [email protected] for assistance.

I need accessible seating or another accommodation. Can you help?

Please get in touch with [email protected] before booking so the venue team can help with what you need.
